About this care
Topkids BSO Sport Elinkwijk is located on the grounds of football club USV Elinkwijk at Burgemeester Norbruislaan 672 in Utrecht-Zuilen. We provide after-school care for up to 66 children aged 4 to 12 years. The BSO is open daily until 18:30.
Our location operates four horizontal base groups: one for 4- and 5-year-olds, one for 5- to 7-year-olds, and two groups for 7- to 12-year-olds. We pick the children up from school and start the programme as soon as the workshops begin at 17:00.
Sport is central to our approach. Every day the children receive at least one hour of sports instruction from our sporty pedagogical staff. The programme is varied and uses changing themes: from football and racket sports to floorball and other team sports. The surrounding multi-purpose sports fields of USV Elinkwijk make this approach possible.

The annual inspection of 13 July 2026 at Topkids BSO Sport Elinkwijk in Utrecht shows that the location meets all assessed quality requirements under the Childcare Act. The after-school care (BSO), located at football club USV Elinkwijk and part of Topkids BSO Sport B.V., offers 66 childcare places across three groups. The pedagogical practice was assessed as adequate: childcare professionals create a positive, safe atmosphere, show involvement, guide respectfully and stimulate independence. The staff-to-child ratio (5 childcare professionals and 1 BBL apprentice for 44 children) and the Childcare Personnel Register also meet the requirements. No areas for improvement or violations were identified. The municipality is advised not to take enforcement measures. The operator indicated in their response that they are proud of the result.
