About this care
Konijn & Ko 8+ BSO is our after-school care specifically designed for children aged 8 to 13 years. We are located at the facilities of football club Sportclub Lochem at De Elzelaan 3 in Lochem, allowing us to make optimal use of the sports facilities and spacious outdoor area.
Our 8+ BSO is open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. On Wednesday and Friday, children can attend our main location on Hoeflingeweg. We pick up children after school with our own bus or an authorized taxi service, so parents have no additional transportation costs.
Sports and physical activity are central to our 8+ BSO. We collaborate with local associations including football, hockey, gymnastics and table tennis. Additionally, we offer a varied activity program: from cooking and crafts to making music and themed activities. Our pedagogical staff guide the children in a homely and relaxed atmosphere, with fun and personal development as our priorities.
During holidays and study days, we provide vacation care. On Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, the groups from 8+ BSO and De Boefjes are combined at De Boefjes on Graanweg. Summary
The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspected after-school care (BSO) location Konijn & Ko 8+ in Lochem on 22 July 2026 following a change in the legal structure of the holder. The inspection focused on compliance with legal requirements related to this change. The holder had failed to report the change to the municipality without delay and had not requested a new Certificate of Conduct for legal entities (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag/VOG rechtspersonen).
