After-school care (BSO) De Gouwe in Waddinxveen, part of Stichting Quadrant, was inspected by Municipal Health Service (GGD) Hollands Midden on 3 November 2025. The after-school care (BSO) accommodates 29 children and is housed in primary school De Gouwe. Almost all areas comply with legislation and regulations. There was one violation in the area of safety and health: the safety and health policy was not up to date and contained risks that did not apply to the after-school care (BSO), such as changing tables and high beds. In addition, the measures described did not match practice: socket outlets had no cover plates although this was stated in the policy. The holder made use of a recovery offer and submitted an improved policy on 25 November 2025. Following recovery, the location now meets all requirements. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement action.
