About this care
BSO Bontebaai, located within IKC Oudkarspel, provides after-school care (BSO) in a warm, nurturing environment. We work with two age groups:
- Musopia for children aged 4 to 7
- Kokkelburg for children aged 8 and up
We also offer before-school care (VSO). Your child is brought to their classroom in the morning, or — if they are a bit older — walks there independently. This way, the day begins in a calm, familiar manner.
Our location is open every school day after classes end, as well as during study days and school holidays. These additional care moments are included in the contract (with regular care). We offer a flexible and accessible form of childcare that meets the needs of families.
At BSO Bontebaai, it's all about discovering, developing, and having fun. Our programme offers plenty of room for play, creativity, and relaxation — tailored to the children's ages and interests. Thanks to our integration with the IKC, childcare and education connect seamlessly, providing familiarity and continuity.

Summary
On 21 July 2026, the Municipal Health Service (GGD) Hollands Noorden conducted an unannounced annual inspection at after-school care (BSO) De Bontebaai in Oudkarspel, part of Stichting Allente. The location provides care for 63 children aged 4 to 13 years in 3 base groups within Integraal Kindcentrum Oudkarspel. All assessed criteria have been met. The pedagogical policy is well implemented in practice, staff-to-child ratios are in order, and the premises meet all requirements for indoor and outdoor play space. Requirements regarding Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) registration, mentorship structure and deployment of staff in training are also in order. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. In their response, the provider indicated satisfaction with the inspection visit.
