About this care
Welcome to BSO Bloei met ons! Located in the heart of Almere's Stedenwijk district at Leeuwardenplein 30, we provide small-scale after-school care where children can play and develop in a safe and free environment. Our BSO is housed in a homely setting with a maximum capacity of 19 children, allowing us to give personal attention to each child.
Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, we believe every child is unique and discovers the world in their own way. We offer a stimulating environment where children take charge of their own learning process. With a diverse range of activities, from arts and music to outdoor adventures, we create a rich learning environment that stimulates curiosity and creativity.
Our pedagogical staff form a passionate team fully committed to each child's development. We value strong cooperation with parents, maintaining regular contact to jointly contribute to your child's development. In our BSO, we focus on social and emotional development, allowing children to grow in a safe and supportive atmosphere.

Summary
BSO Bloei met ons in Almere offered children a too one-directional and results-oriented activity during an first unannounced visit (2 September 2025), resulting in insufficient pedagogical practice and implementation of their own policy. After a recovery offer completed within one week, the follow-up inspection on 16 September showed that children may now choose from multiple activities, independently explore pasta and painting, and staff respond more attentively; policy implementation and pedagogical practice are now sufficient. All safety rules are followed, staff are correctly registered and qualified, and parents can find the most recent inspection report via a link on the website. Three minor points regarding the safety and health policy were noted (specifying timeframes, updating meal information, and removing the old report).
