About this care
Welcome to BLOS Maliebaan, our daycare center for children aged 0 to 4 years. Located just outside the beautiful canals of Utrecht in a stunning building on the leafy Maliebaan 66, we provide care for up to 41 children. We have been officially registered in the National Childcare Register since October 1, 2017.
At BLOS, we are a partner in the adventure of parenthood. We stimulate, challenge and encourage children. In a safe yet challenging environment, we help children develop with confidence - bigger, wiser, stronger. At their own pace, in their own way. With all the love and full attention they deserve.
Our opening hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM. We work closely with parents and families to design innovative solutions that support their children's well-being and work-life balance.Read more

- Sufficient qualified staff present according to the staff-child ratio
- Correct deployment of staff in training and interns
- Fixed core groups and permanent staff ensure stability for children
- Each child is assigned a mentor who serves as the point of contact for parents
- Safe, accessible and appropriately designed indoor and outdoor spaces
- Sufficient space: 3.5 m² indoors and 3 m² outdoors per child
- Correct registration of Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) in the Childcare Personnel Register

The unannounced annual inspection focused on the pedagogical climate, staff and groups, and accommodation.
