Childminder agency (gastouderbureau) 4Kids works exclusively with childminders (gastouders) who are registered in the National Childcare Register and have been approved by the Municipal Health Service (GGD). Our intermediaries regularly visit the childcare locations to check whether all safety requirements are met. We carry out annual risk assessments and evaluate the childcare with parents and childminders. The agency has a pedagogical policy that all childminders work according to and offers pedagogical support through its own pedagogical staff. We receive annual inspection visits from the GGD.

All childminders (gastouders) hold the required diplomas and are visited regularly for quality control. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspects childminder agencies annually and childminders every two years. ViaViela holds a Dispute-Free certificate and operates an internal complaints procedure in accordance with the Childcare Act. Reports and certificates are publicly available.
