Zo aan het Oosteinde

Welcome to Zo aan het Oosteinde, our daycare centre in Wateringse Veld in The Hague. We provide care for children aged 0 to 4 years in horizontal groups. Our location at Oosteinde 83F is part of Zo Kinderopvang, an organisation that has been a trusted name in the region for many years. At Zo aan het Oosteinde we work with horizontal groups, ensuring every child receives care and stimulation suited to their developmental stage. The facility is located on the ground floor, right next to the garden, with a really homely atmosphere and a lot of personal attention for the children, their development and needs. We have many familiar faces working in the groups, many of whom have been with us for 10 or even 20 years. Our pedagogical staff are qualified and receive regular training. They follow the pedagogical policy of Zo Kinderopvang, focusing on attention, structure and challenge. We offer children a warm and secure environment where they can develop through play. The location has its own garden where children can play. We have rabbits, fish and stick insects, and we offer the children a wide range of activities geared to their age, interests and development. We make regular visits to the petting zoo, the pirate playground, the nature theatre and other small playgrounds in the area. For toddlers who are ready for more challenge, we offer our Peuterplus programme. With this programme we prepare children for primary school by making them self-reliant, such as dressing and undressing themselves, toilet training, but they also learn to cut with scissors or recognise and name colours. A fixed colleague also gives music and gym lessons to the children. We work closely with parents through parent meetings, a parent app and a dedicated key worker. In short: at Zo aan het Oosteinde children find a safe, homely environment where they can develop at their own pace, guided by committed professionals.
