Summary
This inspection report concerns BSO Zeetuin in Vlissingen, an after-school care (BSO) facility for a maximum of 11 children aged 4 to 12 years. The inspection took place on 4 November 2025. Overall, the location meets the statutory quality requirements. The pedagogical practice is assessed positively: staff respond sensitively and responsively, provide structure, and stimulate children's development. There were two shortcomings for which a recovery offer was made. The pedagogical work plan did not describe concretely enough how care is structured during school holiday weeks. Additionally, it was not clear for all children who the mentor at Zeetuin location is, as the parent app only showed the mentor from the other location. Both shortcomings have since been resolved. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement.
