Summary
GGD Zeeland conducted a registration inspection on 29 June 2026 at BSO Graaf Jan in Vlissingen, a new after-school care (BSO) with 12 childcare places for children aged 4–12. The childcare is located in the Graaf Jan van Nassauschool and is operated by Stichting Kinderopvang Walcheren. All assessed quality requirements have been met: general terms and conditions, pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, accommodation, and parental rights. The rooms meet the surface area requirements (49.1 m² indoors, sufficient outdoor space). The pedagogical practice and compliance with the safety policy could not yet be assessed as the childcare was not yet operational; this will follow during the post-registration investigation. No violations or areas for improvement were identified.
