GGD Zeeland conducted an inspection on 26 May 2026 at Zeerovers BSO in Vlissingen, a new after-school care (BSO) location of Stichting Kinderopvang Walcheren. This was a registration inspection for 16 childcare places for children aged 4–13. The location is housed in a classroom at De Branding primary school. All assessed quality requirements have been met: general terms and conditions, pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, accommodation, and parental rights. The indoor space complies with 69.2 m² (required: 56 m²). The pedagogical practice and policy compliance could not be assessed as the care had not yet commenced; this will be reviewed at the inspection following registration.
