About this care
Welcome to YellowBellies Reeuwijk, our newest outdoor play BSO location! We are located at Buitenomweg 2d, within the facilities of the CVC Reeuwijk football club. Since August 22, 2022, we have been providing care for up to 60 school-age children from 4 to 12 years old.
At YellowBellies, everything revolves around fun and learning a healthy lifestyle. We believe children thrive best in a challenging environment where they can play and move a lot. Our Reeuwijk location is perfectly chosen: with the spacious sports fields of CVC Reeuwijk as our backyard, we organize daily cool activities that challenge and stimulate children.
Our pedagogical staff are ready every day to engage with the children. We work on building strong character, provide healthy food, and serve as an inspiring example. Our approach results in a healthy body and a healthy mindset, making children feel better in their own skin. What you learn young, you do for life!

Summary
On 27 May 2026, GGD Hollands Midden conducted an unannounced incidental investigation at BSO YellowBellies Reeuwijk in connection with a temporary relocation. The location is moving from the football complex at Buitenomweg 2d to the hockey complex at Reeuwijksehoutwal 1, as the football club's clubhouse is being renovated. The after-school care (BSO) provides care for 56 children in two base groups, with a capacity of 60 places. All assessed areas (general quality and compliance conditions, safety and health, and accommodation) meet the statutory requirements. The new location has sufficient indoor and outdoor play space. Specific measures have been taken because the care takes place in a clubhouse where alcohol is served, such as shielding beer tap installations and prohibiting children's access to certain areas. The safety and health policy must be evaluated within three months of opening.
