Summary
This inspection report concerns an investigation for the registration of daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Wilhelmini in Hilversum, conducted by GGD Gooi & Vechtstreek. The investigation took place following a planned change of ownership effective 1 July 2026, whereby all locations of Bink will be continued under a single legal entity (Stichting Bink). The supervisory body conducted document research into changes, the childcare persons register, and complaints and disputes procedures. All assessed subjects meet the statutory requirements. The owner reported the change in a timely manner, all involved persons are correctly registered in the persons register, and the owner is affiliated with the Childcare Disputes Committee. The supervisory body issues a positive recommendation for implementing the change of ownership in the National Childcare Register.
