Peuterspeelzaal De Mallemolen is located at Egelantierstraat 117 in Hilversum Zuid. Since 1973 we have provided a safe and familiar environment where toddlers from 2 years old up to primary-school age can play and develop two or more mornings a week. Our sessions run Monday to Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Each morning follows a thematic programme and we celebrate special occasions such as birthdays and our annual summer festival. Daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) De Mallemolen in Hilversum was inspected on 29 May 2026 by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) Gooi & Vechtstreek. The location provides care for 24 children aged 2 to 4 years in two groups, housed in the Dudok building. The annual investigation showed that the location meets the quality requirements for staff, groups, and accommodation. Regarding the pedagogical climate, there was one violation: the policy for when fixed staff members are absent was incompletely described. The operator made use of the recovery offer and the shortcoming has since been resolved.
