All childminders and regularly present individuals hold a valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG). We are a member of industry association BOinK and have an internal complaints procedure in accordance with the Childcare Act. Since our establishment, we have been free of complaints at the disputes committee.

We ensure a personal match with a childminder who best fits your wishes and your child. Our childminders meet strict quality requirements and are regularly visited by their fixed childminder supervisor. With us, you get one fixed contact person who knows you, your family, and your child well, and whom you can always turn to with questions about the care. We also arrange replacement care when your childminder is sick or on holiday, and ensure clear and correct invoicing.
