Welcome to BSO Vrom en tom, located at Rousseaulaan 8 in Huizen, right next to RK primary school De Springplank. We are an enthusiastic team of permanent, trusted pedagogical staff that offers a warm home every afternoon to up to 98 children aged 4 to 12. With us, your child feels welcome and safe. We work with an open-door policy, allowing children from different groups to play and meet together. We keep an eye on every child and actively involve parents in the world of experience of their son or daughter. Our challenging and varied activity programme is divided into four themes: Nature & Technology, Sports & Games, Art & Culture and Theatre & Music. This way your child can choose where his or her interest lies, we teach children to make independent choices and we encourage cooperation. We also love to go outside: we regularly visit the beach at Zomerkade, discover playgrounds in the neighbourhood, go ice-skating in winter and make fun trips during school holidays. Our location has six different age groups, allowing us to tailor activities to your child’s stage of development. We use the facilities of primary school De Springplank, such as the playground and the gym, to broaden our offer even further. In short: at BSO Vrom en tom we work in a homely and cosy atmosphere, where your child can be him- or herself and where fun in play and learning is central.
