The Municipal Health Service (GGD) conducted an unannounced annual inspection on 13 February 2025 at childminder Vlug van Zanten in Deurne. The childminder provides care on Thursdays and Fridays for two children (ages 0 and 4) through childminder agency Thuis van Huis. In all areas examined, the care meets legal requirements, with one exception. The childminder failed to act in accordance with the risk assessment: the sandbox in the garden was not covered and socket protectors were missing in the playroom. Following a recovery offer, the childminder removed the sandbox and fitted the sockets with cover plates. The violation has thereby been resolved. The GGD advises no enforcement action.
