GGD Fryslân conducted a registration inspection on 18 September 2025 at BSO Villa Picasso in Donkerbroek, a new after-school care (BSO) location of Voor Dag en Dou. The location accommodates up to 33 school-age children and is temporarily housed in a former school building. The inspection was carried out according to the 'Strict at the Gate' method, meaning the location must meet all quality requirements from the outset. The location reasonably meets the legal requirements for registration. There is one point of attention: the VOG verification of the holder in the National Childcare Register has not yet been fully completed, although the holder has committed to arranging this. The indoor and outdoor spaces had not yet been set up at the time of inspection, but will be arranged before opening. The municipality is advised to register the location.
