Welcome to BSO de Paadwizer in Waskemeer! Our dedicated team of childcare professionals is ready every day to provide children aged 4 to 12 with a pleasant and challenging time after school.
Our location at Willem Kroezestraat 6 accommodates up to 32 children. We work monthly from a theme, with child participation at the center. Children are encouraged to contribute their ideas and interests when planning activities, giving them space to shape their own experiences.
As part of Kidscasa, which has over 30 years of experience in childcare, we stand for professional, reliable, and enthusiastic care. We provide care on school days from 06:30-08:30 and from 14:00-18:30, allowing parents flexibility in dropping off and picking up their children.
Our approach is practical and straightforward. We believe in a safe and familiar environment where children can develop through play, discovery, and togetherness. Children have space to relax after a school day, but also to learn new things and make friends.Read more

BSO Paadwizer in Waskemeer, part of Kidscasa Kinderopvang B.V., was subject to an unannounced annual inspection by GGD Fryslân on 3 February 2026. The after-school care (BSO) has 32 childcare places and provides care on Tuesday through Thursday. The inspection found that the location meets all assessed inspection items. The pedagogical climate is positive: children are approached sensitively and responsively, their autonomy is respected, and they are challenged in their development. Personnel matters are also in order: all staff members hold a Certificate of Conduct (VOG), the staff-to-child ratio is correct, and there is adequate deployment of pedagogical policy staff. The safety and health policy also complies, including the presence of qualified first aiders. This is an improvement compared to previous years, in which violations were identified in 2024 and 2025 (first aid certificate and staffing levels). The holder did not submit a response.
