During the inspection visit on 13 August 2025, deficiencies were identified in the areas of safety and health: missing socket covers and window security on the bedroom of the oldest child. The childminder was given the opportunity to take corrective action. On the same day, the inspector received photographs demonstrating that the safety measures had been implemented, including additional measures such as a higher-placed door handle and a cover for the knife block.
