Trust & screening
Our screening process for childminders (gastouders) comprises several steps to guarantee quality and safety. All childminders must submit a Certificate of Conduct and sign a cooperation agreement in which they declare that they have no medical or psychological impediments that could pose a danger to the care. In addition, they endorse our pedagogical policy plan and undergo an annual risk assessment by an employee of our bureau. Childminders are also offered courses to improve their qualities.

We want to break through traditional placement fees by applying a fixed low rate that is independent of the number of childcare hours. This means more money goes to the actual care of children, and childminders (gastouders) can charge a normal hourly rate with which they can invest in good quality care.
Pedagogical vision
We maintain a pedagogical policy plan that is endorsed by all childminders (gastouders) registered with us. Childminders are expected to take an active role in stimulating children in various areas of development. We carry out annual risk assessments at childminders' homes to identify safety and health risks according to a nationally recognised method. In addition, we offer childminders courses to continuously improve the quality of care.
