Each location is assessed by the GGD on quality requirements and inspection reports are publicly available. In addition, ViaViela holds a Dispute-Free certificate and is assessed annually by the Childcare Disputes Committee. The agency has an internal complaints procedure in accordance with the Childcare Act and a mandatory parent committee that represents the interests of parents and children.
