Summary

This inspection report concerns an investigation for registration of childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) Tenwolde at Cataloniëstraat 13 in Lent, commissioned by the municipality of Nijmegen. The inspection took place on 9 April 2026. The childminder, Fleur-Annelijn Tenwolde, is placed through Gastouderland Nijmegen e.o. and provides day care for up to six children at the requesting parent's home address. She has been registered at other childcare addresses since 2017. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) concludes that both the childminder and the location meet all statutory requirements for inclusion in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang/LRK). No violations were identified. It was noted that a backup care arrangement (achterwachtregeling) has not yet been put in place, but this will be arranged before the start of childcare. The pedagogical practice could not be assessed as the childcare had not yet commenced.
