The garden was not fully fenced, allowing young children without swimming certificates to access a ditch and the public road. Sharp kitchen knives were also within reach of the youngest child. Both shortcomings have been resolved: the youngest children no longer play in the garden until it is fully fenced, and the knives were immediately placed out of reach. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement action.
