Competency, accommodation and group composition are also all in order. However, there was a violation regarding safety and health: the risk assessment had not been carried out correctly. Specifically, cords were within reach of children, a written medication agreement was missing, and a trampoline declaration and independence declaration were missing. Following a recovery offer, the childminder subsequently remedied these points on 4 February 2026. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement action.
