The agency operates via a franchise formula whereby regional locations are active in Friesland, Groningen, Drenthe, Twente, Dordrecht, Utrecht, Rotterdam, and North-Brabant. Each region has its own consultant who handles the mediation and guidance of childminders and parents in that region.
