For parents
GOmatch helps parents find the right childminder (gastouder) for their child. We offer personal placement and guidance, taking your specific wishes and situation into account. Our childminders provide professional care in a homely setting, with a maximum of 6 children at a time for optimal personal attention. We take care of everything for you, including administrative handling, quality control and support with questions about parenting and finances.
Subsidy & costs
Parents are entitled to childcare benefit (kinderopvangtoeslag) when using registered childminder care via GOmatch. Both the childminder fee and the bureau costs qualify for benefit. The amount of the benefit depends on taxable income. GOmatch offers non-binding net cost calculations and refers parents to the provisional calculation tool of the Tax and Customs Administration.
GOmatch uses transparent fixed monthly rates with no registration fees. For one child you pay €37.50 per month, for two or more children a family discount rate of €75 per month applies. In addition, you pay a childminder fee per hour per child, which the childminder determines themselves. GOmatch acts as cashier and handles the financial administration, with payments transferred to the childminder within five calendar days.
Trust & screening
All childminders at GOmatch must meet strict quality requirements: at least MBO diploma Social Care and Welfare level 2, valid first aid certificate for children, Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) for the childminder and adult household members, registration in the Childcare Personnel Register and registration in the National Childcare Register. We carry out annual risk assessments of childcare homes and progress meetings with childminders.
GOmatch is registered in the National Childcare Register (LRK: 800882192) and all affiliated childminders meet the statutory quality requirements. We check and safeguard diplomas, Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) statements, first aid certificates and childcare locations. Our bureau has an internal complaints procedure and is affiliated with the independent Childcare Disputes Committee. Parents can consult the inspection reports of GOmatch and all childminders via the National Childcare Register.
