Summary

The Municipal Health Service (GGD) inspection of 25 September 2025 concerned a registration investigation for childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) with Ms B.A. van Boven-Sijtsma at Beneluxlaan 204 in Harderwijk. The care is provided via Gastouderbureau Matchpunt for 2 grandchildren (ages 0 and 3 years) on Thursdays. During the site visit, the risk assessment was incomplete; the childminder was given the opportunity to remedy this, which was done on 3 October 2025 via email. After supplementation, the risk assessment meets all requirements. All other investigated areas (registration, pedagogical climate, requirements for the childminder, accommodation, safety and health) directly complied with legal requirements. The childminder holds the correct diplomas, a valid first aid certificate, and sufficient knowledge of the pedagogical policy. The accommodation at the requesting parent's address is safe and appropriately furnished.
