Summary

Childminder agency (gastouderbureau) Matchpunt in Zwolle was subject to a follow-up investigation regarding the quality requirement that each childcare address must be visited at least twice per year. This investigation followed an annual inspection on 19-11-2025 in which a shortcoming was identified: 4 of the 5 childminders (gastouders) had not received a second home visit, a recurrence of a previously identified problem from 2023.
