Summary

Daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Uilen in Kortenhoef, part of Stichting Kind & Co Ludens, was subjected to an unannounced follow-up investigation by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) Gooi & Vechtstreek on 29 June 2026. The municipality of Wijdemeren had commissioned this investigation following an official directive, after multiple violations were identified during the annual inspection in March 2026. The follow-up investigation focused on three themes: the early childhood education training plan, the safety and health policy, and the duty to report, consult and file official notifications (MOA). All three violations have since been resolved. The location provides early childhood education to eight toddlers aged two to four years and currently meets all assessed quality requirements.
