This inspection report concerns an investigation for registration of the childcare location Notenbalk in Hilversum, in connection with an intended change of ownership. The current owner Bink Kinderopvang B.V. will merge into Stichting Bink effective 1 July 2026. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) has conducted a document review of the change procedure, Childcare Personnel Register and complaints handling. All aspects examined meet the statutory requirements. The owner reported the change in a timely manner, all staff are correctly registered and linked in the personnel register, and the owner is affiliated with the disputes committee. No violations or areas for improvement have been identified. The GGD issues a positive recommendation for implementing the change of ownership in the National Childcare Register.
