About this care
BSO Trikkert is located in Kindcentrum de Optimist on Koers 39 in Huizen. In this modern building we share spaces with primary school De Tweemaster and various child therapists, giving us access to a wide range of facilities. Our doors are open to children every school day until 18:30.
We make full use of the fully equipped gymnasium and theater hall within the building. Additionally, the spacious schoolyard with soccer field provides ample space for outdoor play and sports activities. The natural play environment surrounding the center invites exploration and adventure.
Our pedagogical staff guide children with their homework and then offer a varied program of activities. The focus is on moving together, creative activities, and relaxing after an intensive school day. Thanks to the direct connection to primary school De Tweemaster, children can safely and quickly walk from school to the after-school care.

After-school care (BSO) Trikkert in Huizen, part of Stichting Kinderopvang Huizen, was inspected on 26 May 2026 by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) Gooi & Vechtstreek. The location provides after-school care for 60 children in two age groups and is housed in Kindcentrum de Optimist. All assessed quality requirements have been met: pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, and parental rights. The inspection was unannounced and included document review, site visit, and interviews with staff.
