Summary

This inspection report concerns an investigation for registration of childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) Tijssen Benschop in Ameide, brokered by 4Kids B.V. The host parent provides care at the parents' home for 2 children aged 2 and 4 years, 1 day per week. The location meets most statutory requirements regarding registration, pedagogical climate, spaces, safety and health. One significant shortcoming has been identified: the host parent does not hold the required pedagogical qualification according to the new requirements effective 1 July 2026. A supplementary module is required. Based on the leniency scheme, the host parent has been given the opportunity to obtain this in consultation with the municipality. The subsidy application for this is being processed through the host parent agency and will take place at the end of July 2026. A supplementary investigation will follow once the module has been completed.
