Welcome to Thuishuis De Kleine Gast at Verbindingsweg 7 in Opende. Our small-scale daycare is part of Thuishuis De Kleine Gast, a trusted name in childcare in the Westerkwartier area. We focus on creating a homely atmosphere where every child feels safe and secure.
We work with vertical groups, allowing children aged 0 to 4 to play and learn together. The space in MFC De Veste is bright and friendly, with plenty of room for sleeping, playing and discovering. Outside there is a safe playground and we regularly use the nearby nature. Our loving, enthusiastic staff ensure that it is a party for the children every time.
At this location we provide care for a maximum of 16 children. We do crafts, go for walks, read stories and play both indoors and outdoors. The children have even been to the library! Animals are a fixed part of our offering: on our grounds there are goats and pigs that the children can care for and observe.
Our daycare is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You only pay for the hours you actually schedule and during 5 holiday weeks we do not charge any fees.
