The location provides preschool education to a maximum of 64 children aged 2.5–4 years, divided across four groups. The pedagogical climate and preschool education amply meet statutory requirements: children experience emotional safety, are playfully challenged, and are given a continuous pathway to De Tamarschool primary school. The staff is well-trained and qualified. Two violations were identified: the pedagogical policy plan was incomplete, and one board member did not have the correct Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) or registration in the Childcare Personnel Register (Personenregister Kinderopvang/PRK). Both violations were addressed through a recovery offer; the policy plan has been supplemented and correctly submitted, but the board member's VOG was found to have been applied for with incorrect job-related aspects. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) advises the municipality to enforce.
