Summary

This inspection report concerns an investigation for the registration of childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) Stoker in Naarden, carried out by the Municipal Health Service (GGD) Gooi & Vechtstreek. The host parent provides care for three children (ages 0, 2 and 4) at the parents' home on Mondays and Wednesdays. The host parent is affiliated with host parent agency ViaViela BV. Nearly all quality requirements were found to be in order: registration, pedagogical climate, requirements for the host parent, and accommodation. There was one violation in the area of safety and health: the risk assessment did not mention an inflatable swimming pool in the garden, even though one was present. The host parent was given the opportunity to supplement this and subsequently corrected it. The advice to the municipality is positive: include in the National Childcare Register.
