Sportstuif Venlo FCV is a new after-school care (BSO) for 57 children (ages 4-13) in the clubhouse of football club Venlo FCV. The inspection took place before the start of operations (planned for 1 March 2026). The location meets all assessed conditions for registration. Strong points include the extensive pedagogical policy with a focus on sports and physical activity, sufficient qualified staff, and a detailed safety and health policy including risk assessment. The indoor and outdoor space more than meet the requirements. Points of attention concern the presence of a bar with tap and alcoholic beverages in the group room; agreements have been made to screen this off. The actual layout of the spaces and the functioning of the parent committee can also only be assessed after operations begin.
