Summary

The Municipal Health Service (GGD) Drenthe conducted an unannounced annual inspection on 15 April 2026 at after-school care (BSO) Simsalabim in Dwingeloo, part of Kinderopvang KaKa B.V. The location provides care for up to 22 children aged 4 to 13 years in a shared group accommodation. All assessed areas meet the legal requirements: pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, and parental rights. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. Staff are familiar with the pedagogical policy and work in accordance with it. The safety and health policy is complete and up-to-date, including a domestic violence and child abuse reporting code. Parents are well informed through multiple channels and there is an active parent committee. No complaints were registered in the 2025 annual report.
