SDK Wilgenkroon

Welcome to SDK Wilgenkroon, our brand-new daycare center in the green Wilgenwende district in Dordrecht. The daycare center is located on the ground floor of the first and only apartment complex in the area. The group rooms are bright and spacious, with a warm interior characterized by a wooden ceiling and soft colors on the walls and furniture. At SDK Wilgenkroon, we offer three daycare groups: one group for children aged 0-2 years (the Libelles), one vertical group for children aged 1.5-4 years (the Kapoentjes), and one group for children aged 2-4 years (the Krekels). In our group rooms, children have direct access to a beautiful natural playground where they can play and explore to their heart's content. Here we encourage a positive approach to nature, the environment and a sustainable environment. We work with the familiar thematic approach of Uk & Puk, where children are offered targeted activities through play, with language and play at the center. The doll Puk is the children's playmate, with whom they have adventures every day. For the youngest children, we maintain the home rhythm as much as possible. As children get older, we follow the daily rhythm of SDK childcare. Our location managers Sugayna and Ilona and their team of dedicated pedagogical professionals create a safe and stimulating environment where every child can develop at their own pace. The rooms are connected with a fun view-through, creating contact and connection between them. We warmly invite you to come and meet our location and our approach.
