Summary

The Municipal Health Service (GGD) conducted an annual inspection on 21 October 2025 at childminder Schonewille ter Maten in Maarsbergen. A completed incident form was also missing. Following recovery offers, the childminder subsequently submitted a complete risk assessment, addressed the fencing, and completed the incident form. During inspection on 11 November, the fencing was still not adequate in all areas, but after additional measures and photos from 23 November, the location now meets all requirements. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement action.
