GGD IJsselland conducted an unannounced incidental inspection on 11 May 2026 at daycare center (kinderdagverblijf/KDV) Sam &pebbles in Deventer. This inspection focused specifically on the outdoor play area, following a previous recovery offer from 2025 that had not yet been fully implemented at the annual inspection in February 2026. The outdoor spaces have since been adapted and now meet the requirements: they are laid out in an orderly, safe, and accessible manner. However, the fences have not yet been repaired, although this is scheduled for 18 May 2026. The location meets the assessed conditions for accommodation.
