The location provides care for a maximum of 40 children across a baby group, toddler group, and early education toddler group. Sufficient pedagogical quality was observed in the toddler groups: enthusiastic staff members, good interactions, and theme-based work. However, the pedagogical practice in the baby group was insufficient. Staff members carried out care tasks in a routine manner without sufficient engagement with the babies, showed limited respect for physical autonomy, and did not offer a balanced programme. This resulted in a recovery offer on 13 November 2025. The provider has drawn up a concrete action plan with additional coaching, after which the supervisor has sufficient confidence in sustainable recovery. All other assessed areas (staff, safety, early childhood education) meet the requirements.
