Summary

This inspection report concerns an investigation for registration of childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) with S.P. Usman in Loosdrecht, conducted by Municipal Health Service (GGD) Gooi & Vechtstreek on behalf of the municipality of Wijdemeren. The childminder provides care for a maximum of 6 children aged 0-4 years in her own home, affiliated with childminder agency 4Kids. Almost all quality requirements were met. There was one shortcoming: the risk assessment was incomplete because the use of a single bed and camp bed was not properly documented. Following a recovery offer, the childminder supplemented the risk assessment, after which this criterion was also met. The childminder holds the correct diplomas, first aid certificate and knowledge of the pedagogical policy. The accommodation is suitably furnished with safe play and sleeping areas, and backup care is available within 15 minutes.
