On 3 December 2025, GGD Hart voor Brabant conducted an annual inspection of childminder S.A.M. van den Tillaart in Uden, placed through ViaViela Uden VOF. The childminder provides care for up to 6 children aged 2 to 8 years at the requesting parents' address. Most aspects complied with the law immediately: registration, cooperation, pedagogical climate, requirements for the childminder, and accommodation. Two violations were identified regarding safety and health: a loose plastic sandpit with rainwater and a broken hook on a kitchen cabinet containing cleaning products, neither of which were included in the risk assessment. There was also a lack of knowledge regarding the mandatory reporting obligation in cases of suspected sexual abuse or mistreatment. Both issues have been resolved through a recovery offer: the childminder installed a new spacer, removed the sandpit, and has been informed about the reporting obligation. The advice to the municipality is: no enforcement action.
