• A staff member in training had a learning-employment agreement of 12 hours per week, while a minimum of 20 hours is required (recovered to 31 hours)

Summary

The Municipal Health Service (GGD) conducted an unannounced annual inspection on 12 March 2026 at after-school care (BSO) de Tandem in Uden, part of Kiem Opvang. The location provides care for a maximum of 15 children aged 4 to 13 years in one base group. Although the location meets requirements on multiple points, two violations were identified for which a recovery offer was made. Both violations have since been recovered. The GGD advises the municipality of Maashorst not to take enforcement measures.
