Summary

BSO Be Quick in Zwolle, a sports-based after-school care (BSO) for children from age 8 located at Be Quick sports park, was inspected unannounced on 17 June 2025. The annual supervisory review shows that the location meets all statutory quality requirements: administration, personnel documentation, safety and health policy, domestic violence reporting protocol, and parent information are all in order. No violations were identified. The Municipal Health Service (GGD) found that the safety plan is up to date, all employees are listed in the personnel register, a valid first aid certificate is present, and parents are informed through multiple channels. Because fewer than 50 children are cared for, no mandatory parent committee is required; the provider actively engages parents through parent evenings, newsletters, and satisfaction surveys. No recovery action was needed. The municipality of Zwolle is advised not to take enforcement measures.
