GGD IJsselland conducted an unannounced post-registration inspection on 27 March 2026 at Doomijn after-school care (BSO) Koningin Emma in Zwolle. This BSO, part of the umbrella organisation Doomijn, provides 55 childcare places for children aged 4 to 12 years. All assessed domains comply with the Childcare Act: general conditions, pedagogical climate, staff and groups, safety and health, accommodation, and parental rights. The pedagogical practice demonstrates sensitivity and responsiveness, with attention to emotional security, personal and social competence, and norms and values. The staff-child ratio complies with the regulations, all staff members hold valid qualifications and Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) declarations, and the accommodation more than meets the requirements. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The holder has the option to establish a parent committee within six months of registration. The advice to the Municipal Executive Board is: no enforcement.
