The inspection took place on 29 June 2026 as part of the registration process for the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang). The childminder cares for a maximum of 6 children per day, 3 days per week, in her home. Almost all quality requirements were met: registration, pedagogical climate, requirements for the childminder, accommodation and furnishings, and safety and health (2 of 3 items). There was one violation: the risk assessment insufficiently described observed risks, including climbing walls, pets, child transport and outdoor cots. Following a recovery offer, the risk assessment was supplemented and adjustments were implemented, including shielding of the climbing walls. The violation has been remedied.
