Summary

This inspection report concerns a registration investigation for childminder/host parent care (gastouderopvang) provided by J.M.W. Maas in Lieshout, conducted by GGD Brabant-Zuidoost on behalf of the municipality of Laarbeek. The host parent provides care for two grandchildren aged 1 and 4 years on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. The investigation included document review, a site visit and an interview with the host parent. No violations or areas for improvement were identified. The advice to the municipal executive is to include the provision in the National Childcare Register (Landelijk Register Kinderopvang).
