Summary

Toddler playgroup Dolfijntjes 1 in Lelystad, part of Stichting GO! Kinderopvang, was visited unannounced on 14 April 2026 for the annual inspection. The location provides care for up to 16 children aged 2-4 years through a core group, with Early Education (Voorschoolse Educatie/VE) via the Startblokken method. The inspection covered the domains of pedagogical climate, staff and groups, and accommodation. The location meets all assessed legal requirements. There is a relaxed atmosphere and staff work in accordance with the described policy. The group has relatively many children with complex support needs and there have been several changes in the position of location manager in recent years. The indoor play area at 55.99 m² is slightly smaller than the required 56 m²; this is tolerated based on an earlier agreement with the municipality from 2022.
